Founded in Stavanger
Bukta Holdings is established as a specialist investment vehicle for Norwegian continental shelf opportunities, with a small technical team and a single non-operated interest.
2015
First operated participation
The company takes on operated exposure offshore Norway and builds out its subsurface, drilling and HSE capability in-house.
